What is your Refund Policy?
More than 30 days prior to beginning of camp - Full Refund minus processing fees. Less than 30 days prior to beginning of camp - 50%Refund minus processing fees. Within 48 hours prior to the beginning of camp - No refund. Exception: The participant has an injury or illness and can provide a note from their medical provider, as well as providing a signed statement from the parent or legal guardian confirming that this note is genuine and based upon the opinion of a medical professional. (If you are able to satisfy these 2 requirements then a partial refund will be issued minus the processing fees). Processing Fees for Full Day Camps: $150 and Half Day Camps: $50 Do I need to bring my own clubs?
We hope that juniors attending our program are committed to the game by having a set of golf clubs. Investing in a set of golf clubs will provide opportunities to continue playing long after camp is over. Rental equipment is available on a first come, first serve basis. You can reserve a set of rental clubs here What should I wear to camp?
Golf attire is recommended. No denim please! Collared golf shirts and golf shorts, as well as comfortable golf or tennis shoes are suggested. For younger kids, athletic wear with tennis shoes are acceptable. Please remember to bring a water bottle. Where do participants have their meals?
Participants will eat on tables and comfortable cushioned chairs on the driving range. Catered meals and box lunches will be provided by our new food truck Birdies. Can Half Day campers stay for lunch?
Half Day campers are welcome to bring a lunch or purchase a lunch from our food truck "birdies" and join the Full Day campers. Full Day campers typically have lunch at 11:30. Lunch ends at 12:00pm. What happens if my child has dietary restrictions or food allergies?
No problem. We can accomodate all allergy and food restrictions as long as they are communicated ahead of time. What does a typical camp day look like?
It is a combination of different skill stations taught by the Camp Director and different coaches. Full Day campers will play on the golf course after lunch. Camp Director leads the daily curriculum and hand tailor's instruction for each individual for the best experience possible. |
