RULES OF PLAY
Cell Phones & Electronic Devices: Cell phones may only be used by a player to 1) obtain yardages via GPS apps or wind direction utilizing the phone’s compass 2) contact the coaches, 3) in emergency situations. Cell phones may not be used for any other purposes.
Unsigned Scorecards: In the event a team returns their scorecard without player or marker certification, the penalty will be two strokes.
Practice Between Holes: Practice between holes is NOT authorized. Hitting 2 balls off the tee can be contstrued as practice and is not authorized. The penalty will be two strokes.
Pace of Play: Each team has 10 minutes to complete a hole. Each player must play without due delay, which is drfined as taking no more than 40 seconds to play a shot.
Code of Conduct: Each play shall refine from touching another players ball which is defined as kicking, hitting or throwing. Failure to follow this rule will be two strokes.
Time of Starting: A player must start at his or her starting time. If a player arrives at the tee more than five minutes after his or her starting time, a two (2) penalty applies to that hole and all other holes missed. Players may not join a group during play of a hole; they must join them on the next tee.
