When selecting a new set of golf clubs pick a length that will fit your child for at least a few seasons. If a child falls 'in-between' two sizes see what another manufacture offers. Taller juniors should choose a set of clubs specifically designed for teens or you may consider a womens set.
In addition to a 9-iron, 7-iron, 5-iron and putter I highly recommend purchasing a pitching wedge or sand wedge for short game instruction.
The GolfMart at Mariners Point stocks a few sets of kids clubs that I highly recommend.
